Here are
the terms of use of our products. These guidelines will protect both parties,
the Artist and the Buyer from any misuse of images under the copyright
protection law. We have established our Angel Policy for you to adhere to when
using our copyrighted designs and images. This policy ensures that crafters who
want to sell their handmade products can do so with the angel policy limitation
and guidelines for our products.
All Morgans
ArtWorld products and images are all registered for use under the copyright
law. This means that they may not be used or copied, shared or transferred to
anyone else, without the permission from Morgans ArtWorld or the artist in
question. To help protect the rights granted by these copyrights, each
handcrafted item created for personal use or for sale must be personally and
individually made by the crafter that purchased this product and may not be
reproduced or copied by any means - including graphic, digital, electronic,
mechanical or photocopying.
No mass
production, assembly-line construction and production by workers for hire is
strictly prohibited.
Handmade
created projects may be sold at temporary craft events and community fundraisers in limited quantities of no more than 500 per year. When
selling handmade or digitally created projects the seller must make it clear
that the items are handmade or personally created by the seller and not a
product of the company, and No projects may be sold at any permanent retail
locations.
Morgans
ArtWorld images and the licensed brands which we supply may not be used for the
purpose of creating any logos, clip art, digital artwork or blog banners for
individuals or company trademarks.

You are
limited to making a total of 500 cards or craft projects per year to sell for
profit.
There is
NO LIMIT for handmade items sold for charity, so long as they abide by the
restrictions as stated in this policy.
Participants
adhering to this Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their
work.
No item
may promote or make any implication of endorsement by or affiliation with Morgans
ArtWorld licensed brands without Morgan’s ArtWorld or the artist in question
permission.
All
Images produced under Morgans ArtWorld copyright should not be used in any
manner which may be considered harmful or bring the licensee into disrepute.
We
reserve the right to modify these guidelines. They may be modified from time to
time at the discretion of Morgans ArtWorld.
